uinterview.ai provides AI-powered interview practice, including resume analysis, AI-generated interview questions, real-time voice interaction, and performance reports. The Service is intended for personal interview preparation purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems

  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

  • Upload malicious files or content

  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, design, and content, is owned by uinterview.ai. Your uploaded resumes and job descriptions remain your property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

By accessing or using uinterview.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
